Park Lane Seaport is proud to be an Eco-Friendly community! Below are some of the ways we contribute.

• Energy Management System installed in the community
• This greatly reduces the amount of energy used to heat and cool the buildings
• Energy efficient light bulbs used throughout the community and in our apartments
• Paper Recycling is offered on each floor for ease and convenience
• Full Recycling bins are located in each loading dock for co-mingled items
• We recycle our apartment carpet when it needs to be replaced
• We use apartment carpet that is made of recycled content
• We offer complimentary Bike Racks
• We are located across the street from the Silver Line - offering you better commuting options
• We use Green cleaning products in the care of our common areas and buildings

We also encourage our residents & guests to begin thinking of ways to reduce what you consume: Bring canvas bags to the grocery store, buy yourself a travel mug and bring it with you to the coffee shop. Eat one less meat meal per week and buy local food whenever possible.
